UNO series of integrated DIN-rail IPCs feature a modular design for flexible configuration according to specific usage requirements.
The UNO-127 model is equipped with an Intel® Atom® x6413E processor, initially installed SALZ Linux OS PURE, 4 GB DDR4 RAM, 64 GB eMMC storage, 2 x LAN, 2 x USB, and 1 x HDMI, as well as 1 x full-size mini PCIe for expansion. IEC 61010-1 certified for industrial use, UNO-127 can also be equipped with an optional second-stack extension kit that supports an additional 4 x COM ports and 1 x M.2 B key for extending the system I/O and wireless connectivity capabilities. Additionally, UNO-127 features built-in TPM2.0 for hardware-based security, ensuring enhanced protection against unauthorized access and data breaches.

Coupled with SALZ Software PURE, which comes pre-installed on UNO-127, it provides an intuitive GUI and operates independently of internet connectivity. The D.E.L. within PURE efficiently manages data exchange through Docker containerized applications, enhancing flexibility and resource utilization. Applications and software for the UNO-127 can be downloaded from the SALZ Automation website, under the "Resources" section, post-registration for PURE. Pure can be upgraded to FLECS which has an inbuilt FLECS App Store for downloading applications on the controller. The UNO-127 and PURE deliver a robust solution for data acquisition, transmission, control, and analysis in automation projects.

Applications/Software for the controller are available to download on the website. To access that:

  1. Register/Login on the SALZ Automation website.
  2. After the account is verified, applications/software are available in the 'Resources' section.
